Shipping Policy
Shipping & Order Processing
- Opulence Waxing Spa, LLC ships throughout the United States using United States Postal Service as our third party shipping carrier. 
- Orders are shipped nationwide via USPS Tuesday-Thursday. We do not ship nationwide on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and holidays. Please note: If you order over the weekend your order will not start processing until that following Monday. 
- Orders are not shipped over a weekend and are not delivered on Sundays or on the following major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. 
Nationwide Shipping Guarantee
- Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. 
- Shipments are not available to ship to US territories. 
- USPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes of Military Boxes 
- Opulence Waxing Spa, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 
- Shipments that are returned or required rerouting due to incorrect addressed will be subject to additional charged for reshipment and/or relabeling. 
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered. 
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a refrigerator or freezer promptly after delivery. 
- Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather or operational delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates. 
- Opulence Waxing Spa, LLC is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other naturals causes beyond our control. 
Returns
- There are no returns are exchanges. 
- Circumstanced Pending, Opulence Waxing Spa, LLC will issue a credit or re-order. All store credits last only 3 months from the date issued. 
- If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via info@opulencewaxingspa.com within 2 days of when the package was received and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience. 
Payment Information
- Opulence Waxing Spa, LLC accepts all major cards. 
Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the ship date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please email us at info@opulencewaxingspa.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing and production schedule. 
Is our packaging recyclable?
- Yes! All of our packaging is 100% recyclable.
